Changed your mind?
You can return your device within 30 days of delivery. Because it sits against your skin, it needs to be unused and in its original packaging, with everything it came with. You cover the return postage, and any delivery fee you paid isn’t refunded.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item?
Send us your order number and a photo or short video as soon as you can. We’ll replace your device or refund you, and we’ll cover any return postage.

1-year warranty
Your device has a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty against faults in materials and workmanship. It doesn’t cover damage from drops, water, misuse, or not following the instructions.

How to return
Send us a message with your order number before posting anything. We’ll reply with the return address and next steps.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and we’ve checked it, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Your bank may take a few days longer.

Cancellations
If your order hasn’t shipped, we can cancel it for a full refund. Message us as soon as possible.
