The light we're named after
630 nm red and 850 nm near-infrared, the two most-studied wavelengths in light therapy, plus 605 nm amber and 460 nm blue. Near-infrared reaches deeper than red, so the main mode runs both together.

Numbers you can check
45 mW/cm² of light at the skin. Ten minutes at that strength is a dose of 27 J/cm². Plenty of masks won't give you either number.

Four modes

How to use
1. Plug it in and fasten the mask around your face with the straps. Add an extension strap if you need extra length.
2. Choose a mode, a level and a time.
3. Relax. It switches itself off when the timer's done.
