Two wavelengths, one session
660 nm red and 850 nm near-infrared, the two most-studied colours in light therapy. Near-infrared travels deeper than red, so the main mode runs both at once.

Big enough for your back
792 LEDs across 76 × 30 cm. Lay it over your back, shoulders or legs and cover the lot in one go.

Four modes, three levels
Continuous or pulsed. Red only, or red with near-infrared. Start on level 1 and work your way up.

Set it and lie back
One button per mode, a timer that switches off after 30 minutes, and a 3 m cable that reaches the couch or the bed.

Soft where it touches you
Faux leather outside, cool-touch ice silk on the light side. No smell, no fuss.

How to use
1. Plug in and choose a mode and level.
2. Lay the pad over your back, shoulders or legs, or lie back on it.
3. Press start and relax. It switches itself off after 30 minutes.
